Yummy Vanilla-Strawberry Cake

INGREDIENTS

- 2 teaspoons vanilla powder - 80g strawberries

- 100g butter - 270g flour

- 5 eggs - 150g granulated sugar

- 30cl milk - 1 pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 200 ° C
Wash and hull the strawberries. Butter a large baking dish and place the strawberries in the bottom.
Boil the milk with the vanilla beans split lengthwise, remove from heat let infuse at least 2 hours. Melt butter and set aside. Remove the vanilla bean milk.
In a bowl, mix flour, salt and sugar. Dig a fountain and break the eggs one by one. Mix again. Pour the milk and add melted butter. Mix again.
Put the mixture on strawberries and bake at 200 ° C for 40 minutes.
